And how can they preach unless they are sent?
Christ told us to ". . .go and make disciples of all nations." How should we participate in that endeavor? For some of us, God's call is to go somewhere else-like Japan. For others, God's call is to stay, send, and pray. For all of us, it means significant shared sacrifice here and now. Please consider sending us by giving of the resources that God has put in your hands.
One time gifts certainly help us get to the field, but what sustains us on the field are monthly pledges. Would you consider pledging a monthly gift of $10, $25, $50, $100, $200, or $400? All funds given through MTW are tax deductible.
If it is hard to squeeze anything else into your budget, here are some creative ideas to make it happen.

Host a dinner for your friends once a quarter and ask them to pay what they would at a restaurant to support missions in Japan. Don't forget the tax and the tip! Then-pray for Japan.
Give up a $5 Starbuck's treat once a week to send missionaries to Japan.
Get your kids involved by doing a special project every month like a car wash or lemonade stand. (Though I would prefer a cookie stand.)
Match what you pay for cable or direct tv every month be a part of taking the gospel to Japan.
Eat oatmeal for your family dinner one night a month and send the money you save to give the bread of life to Japan.
Organize an annual rummage sale in your neighborhood or church to "Turn your Junk into Jesus in Japan."
Do you have other creative ideas? Send them to us and we'll post them here!
